KSE's comprehensive plan focuses on comfort, accessibility, and modern amenities. A key feature is a 30,000-square-foot expansion of the east lobby, which will create more space for fans entering the building. The project also includes installing new escalators, widening concourses, and adding more entrances to ease game-day congestion. A new team shop and three new premium clubs are part of the upgrades, with one club offering direct access to reserved 100-level seating.
